His experience spans feature films, television, and video games, including work on large budget projects. Influences include the music of composers Danny Elfman, Hans Zimmer, John Williams, Don Davis, and the scores of many memorable video games. Steffan's musical background is self-taught, stemming from over a decade of classical piano improvisation and a fierce passion for film music.
