Deejay Spoke started his career in 1992 during the explosion of electronic musics, organizing his own crazy, after-hours parties in Lausanne (Switzerland). In 1995, the magazine Party News rewarded DJ Spoke as "best Swiss DJ of the year" and this year he won again in the category best national trance dj and his album reached place 4 in the best albums! Since then he regulary appears in major Swiss clubs like Mad (Swiss no1 club) were he is resident trance dj since more than 10 years. I Spoke was a group of folks who came together to create music that delivered a message. They were committed to educating themselves and to passing on information to those they met. Their songs questioned issues like imposed norms about gender, cultural appropriation, colonialism and imperialism, the continued silencing of women’s voices, the way media and advertising have become culture producing forces, the way language power is connected to racism, and many more. Spoken ist eine 1996 gegründete christliche Hard-Rock-Band aus Fayetteville in Arkansas, USA. Momentan steht sie bei Tooth & Nail Records unter Vertrag. Die aktuellen Mitglieder sind Matt Baird (Gesang), Jef Cunningham (Gitarre), Brandon Thigpen (Bass) und Oliver Crumpton (Schlagzeug). Æon Spoke is Paul Masvidal, Sean Reinert, Evo. Paul and Sean first bonded musically as teenagers in Miami, where proficiency and perseverance saw their first band Cynic propelled to indie bestseller status. Cynic went on to become the stuff of cults and web shrines dedicated to their influential and visionary prog-art rock-metal band. As the most requested reissue in the Roadrunner catalog, the Cynic debut titled "Focus" was re-released last October 2005.
