Hamlet is an alternative metal band from Madrid, Spain. Active since 1987, they are considered one of the biggest bands of alternative metal in Spanish. Hamlet Gonashvili (ჰამლეტ გონაშვილი) was born in eastern Georgia, and is considered the best interpreter of songs from the Kartli and Kakheti regions. Hamlet Machine formed in 1991. The duo, originally, was formed as a special collaboration between legendary visual kei frontman Issay (of Der Zibet fame) and electronic artist Tatsuya. Hazy Osterwald, eigentlich Rolf Erich Osterwalder (* 18. Februar 1922 in Bern), ist ein Schweizer Musiker, Sänger und Orchesterleiter. Osterwald begeisterte sich anfangs eher für Fußball und wurde wegen mangelnden Übens aus dem Klavierunterricht geschmissen, wurde aber von Mitschülern gedrängt Pianist im Schulorchester und 1939 sogar dessen Leiter. Daneben lernte er auch Trompete und besuchte Kurse am Konservatorium. Bereits 1940, vor seinem Abitur (1941), arrangierte er für den Orchesterleiter Teddy Stauffer und andere. 1941 spielte er Trompete in der Band von Fred Böhler, ab 1942 unter dem Künstlernamen „Hazy Osterwald“.
