2. John Cooper (c. 1570 – 1626), also known as Giovanni Coprario or Coperario, was an English composer, viol player and lutenist.

1. John Cooper is a Hip Hop artist raised out of El Paso, Texas and now part of a movement he and his brother are calling Authentic Lifestyles.

Suffering from anxiety in his late teens to early twenties left him searching for an outlet to release all this pent up creative energy. Becoming an active member in the Hip Hop community as a producer and Emcee at the age of 19 left Cooper feeling as if he had finally found a natural cure for his anxieties.

Now 23 he has conquered his panic anxieties and shared the stage with many artists such as Devin the Dude, and Latin Grammy award winner Akwid to name a few. Although he is well praised for the high energy show he and his little brother Elvis Freshly have put together, many still rave about his debut self titled project released in 2013.

2. He changed his name in the early 17th century. It is often said he did this after a visit to Italy, though there is no evidence he had been to the country. From 1622 he served and may have taught the Prince of Wales, for whom he continued to work upon his succession as Charles I. His long time patron was Edward Seymour, Earl of Hertford, for whom he taught William Lawes.

Among Cooper's works are fantasias, suites and other works for viols and violins, and two collections of songs, Funeral Teares (1606) and Songs of Mourning: Bewailing the Untimely Death of Prince Henry (1613). He also penned the treatise on composition, Rules how to Compose.
